A club that teaches the Olympic sport of judo and self-defense. Classes are run on the same timetable as school terms. Junior 5-12 years. Monday 6.30-7.30pm: Our games-based teaching module focuses on developing essential skills such as balance, coordination, and basic Judo techniques, while also boosting self-confidence and spatial awareness. Through the use of fun activities and games, your child will learn the fundamentals of Judo, preparing them for our Senior classes. Senior 12yr+, Adults. Monday 7.30-8.30pm and Thursday 6.30-8.00pm: a challenging and rewarding way to stay physically active while building strength and discipline. Led by experienced instructors, this class focuses on advanced techniques and strategies to improve your Judo skills and promotes mental discipline, focus, and self-awareness. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a beginner looking to improve your fitness the Senior Judo class provides a supportive and welcoming environment for all. This class prepares students for competitions and self-defense situations, but it also prioritizes character development.
