Yoshinkan is "to nurture spirit, soul and mind". Kendo - the way of the sword.  A Japanese martial art involving trying to strike an opponent in armour at strategic points of the body.  Sessions are held at Mt Cook School in Wellington on Wednesday at 6.30pm. Welcomes new members from age 12.
