Held from February to November at 7:30 pm, these 90-minute sessions at the Croquet Club rooms on Bank St, Te Awamutu, offer a blend of learning and camaraderie. Whether you're a beginner with a smartphone or a seasoned photographer with professional gear, our friendly club, established in 1954, caters to all skill levels. There’s no entry fee mentioned, so come along and see what we’re about—bring your camera and curiosity! Take part in monthly competitions where members can submit up to two set subject and two open images, either as digital files or prints. These are critiqued by PSNZ trainee judges, with feedback and points shared at the next meeting to help you refine your craft. Graded categories ensure everyone, from novices to experts, has a fair shot at the end-of-year competition.
