For children aged 6-15, the first two lessons are free, allowing them to turn up and join in without commitment. We recommend starting at age 6 to ensure they can fully engage with the training. Adults receive dedicated instruction to build fitness and discipline in a motivating setting. Classes run on Monday and Wednesday: children's sessions from 6:15 to 7:15pm, followed by adult classes from 7:15 to 8:30pm. This schedule accommodates busy lives while promoting consistent progress in karate skills.
