Pleasant Point Young Farmers Club provides a range of activities and opportunities for young rural people. Open to ages 16-31, the club focuses on connection through social events, career networking and leadership development. As part of the national NZ Young Farmers network, members gain access to broader experiences while staying rooted in their local community. The club currently has 65 members who come together regularly to build skills and relationships in a rural setting.
Where It All Happens
The club meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm at the Pleasant Point Pub in Pleasant Point, Canterbury. This central venue makes it straightforward for members and visitors from surrounding rural areas to attend without difficulty.
