NZ Alpine Club (Southland)
Southland section of the NZ Alpine Club was established in 1891 and exists to encourage mountaineering and rock climbing and allied activities, the enjoyment and conservation of mountain regions and to bring together those interested in climbing. The Southland Section warmly welcomes members and others to their Section evenings. Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every second month at 7:30 pm. Non-members are warmly invited to come along and join us.
