Our Home Ground

Shihan Shanon Casson founded the academy after more than 15 years of training under Professor Dave Millar. As Director and Head Instructor, Shihan Shanon Casson leads the club with a commitment to modern self-defence methods. Sensei Mat Hanna supports the instruction team, contributing to the delivery of classes. The club maintains a steady emphasis on community involvement, ensuring sessions remain practical and relevant to everyday needs.
