The Kaipara Music Club provides a supportive and enjoyable environment where members receive all the music they need to participate, making it straightforward to pick up any instrument and play together. This arts-music club, with a band-like focus, caters to those keen on casual music-making without the pressure of formal training. Sessions are designed for easy playing and easy listening, ensuring everyone can contribute at their own pace. Friends and family are welcome to join in or simply listen, creating a social atmosphere that encourages participation from all levels. After each meeting, afternoon tea is served, offering a chance to relax and chat. The club meets on the last Friday of the month, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, running from February through to the end of November, with no sessions on public holidays. Fees are a modest $4 per person, and all donations go towards supporting the church venue.
