A club ideal for those interested in casual or competitive tennis and squash. They have three squash courts and three plexi-pave tennis courts. Check the website for club officials. Tennis players who are interested in joining the club may attend a club day, by contacting the Club Manager, or going along with someone who is a member. As well as tennis club days, they offer a range of structured adult group sessions (see their website for details). Squash players interested in joining will find the Monday club night a great introduction. You can contact Henry, the manager beforehand, or just show up on the night. New members are always welcome. The club also has an upstairs lounge area, kitchen, bar and a deck over-looking the tennis courts. All these facilities are available for hire. Fee structure: Island Bay Tennis and Squash Club offers a varied fee structure, with family and student rates available. The membership year runs from April for squash and October for Tennis, pro-rata prices are available for those joining part way through a year. Squash membership allows access to Squash and Tennis courts. Tennis membership does not allow use of squash courts. They also offer pay-per-play use of our squash courts.
