Since its establishment in 1994, it has grown to around 3000 members who train together in a supportive atmosphere that emphasises personal growth alongside physical skills.

Training focuses on practical outcomes such as self-defence, fitness, coordination, discipline and confidence. Sessions are available throughout the week and include options for 3-4 year olds, 5-7 year olds, families and adults. Mixed classes, kids-only groups and family sessions allow members to choose the format that suits them best.

Venue Details

Classes take place at Hamilton locations including Frankton Prime in the Frankton area of Waikato. The setting supports a community-oriented environment where families and individuals from across the region can attend regular sessions without needing to travel far.
