On Mondays and Wednesdays, the junior class welcomes those from beginners to green stripe, running from 6.30pm to 7.15pm, focusing on building core skills in a supportive setting. Immediately following, the senior class for green belt and above takes place from 7.15pm to 8.30pm, emphasising precision, strength, and strategy. Fridays feature a combined class from 6.30pm to 8pm, blending levels for comprehensive practice.
