Monthly Tramping Club Gatherings

Everything You Need to Know The Auckland Tramping Club hosts engaging club nights on the third Wednesday of every month, from February through to November. These evenings are open to all, whether you're a member or simply curious about tramping adventures. Doors open at 7.00 pm for a 7.30 pm start, with the session lasting around 90 minutes. Entry is free, making it an easy way to connect with fellow outdoor enthusiasts without any commitment. Each club night kicks off with an update on club activities, including upcoming walks, hikes, and tramps across Auckland and throughout New Zealand. This is followed by a talk or presentation on topics of interest to tramping fans, such as hidden trails or trip planning tips. You'll have plenty of time to socialise before and after the formal part, enjoying a cuppa and biscuit in a relaxed setting. It's a welcoming opportunity to meet organised, experienced leaders and like-minded people who share a passion for the outdoors. These gatherings are suitable for everyone, regardless of experience level.
